Suicide Bereavement Groups

A suicide grief support group, or bereavement group, provides a safe and compassionate space where individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide can share their experiences, emotions, and challenges. These groups not only offer specialized support tailored to the unique needs of suicide loss but also help foster a sense of community and understanding among participants, reminding people that they are not alone in their grief.

The Crisis Centre is currently offering an 8-week support group for suicide grief. Learn more and join the waitlist here.
