For your information, the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Centre of B.C. (Crisis Centre) will be held on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Crisis Centre (CC) business office, located at 763 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC.
Please join us for refreshments prior to the AGM starting at 5:30pm.
We are pleased to announce that Candace Plattor, Crisis volunteer alumni, advocate and author will be the keynote presentation.
Crisis Centre volunteers attending this AGM will be given in-service credit. Please RSVP to Tamara at info@crisiscentre.bc.ca as seats are limited.
Business at the AGM will include the presentation of the Crisis Centre’s Audited Financial Statements, appointment of the Auditor for 2018 and election of the Board of Directors.
The following existing Board members have let their names stand for 2018-2019: Carol Andison, Sarah Clark, Dan Cox, Morgan Gough, Jodi Moss, Bob Meyer, Jude Platzer and Doug Querns. Three new individuals have accepted a nomination to be elected to the Crisis Centre Board: Brandon Ma, Julie Menten and Rob Wallis.
The 48th Annual Report and 2017 Audited Financial Statements will be available at the AGM.
