Client Services and Operations Manager
Reporting to the Director, Community Learning and Engagement, this role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of client services within the Centre’s Programming for Adults, ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients and engagement of new clients. You will focus on timely solutions to client problems, building sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, showing initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and in developing marketing materials and strategies to grow and expand training programs and workshops.
In collaboration with the Department Director, workshop facilitators, clients and program attendees, you will execute both big-picture and detail-oriented development, planning, and marketing plans for existing and upcoming programs, engaging administrative and communications support volunteers as needed to ensure their grounded, smooth operation and continued success.
