Supporting mental health has never been so essential. Stress, loss, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma – we are all impacted during this time of uncertainty and change.  As an organization specializing in managing crises, the Crisis Centre offers courses and workshops geared specifically towards the frontline caregiver – those working in nonprofits, education, health care, mental health and the general public – and the current situations and pressures they are facing.

Our online learning formats provide a flexible way to gain practical skills and tools for supporting others and ourselves. Learn more about our workshops and courses – Skillfully Responding to Distress and Tools for Managing Stress and Burnout.  Complete and submit a form, and we will be happy to contact you to learn how we can support your team.
