In his 45-minute (free) session you will learn:

  • multiple facets of mindfulness, including a definition and description
  • science behind learning to calm your nervous system
  • several mindful techniques and exercises
  • the most foundational principle of a healthy and successful mindful practice

Who is it for?

This webinar is perfect for anyone who is new to mindfulness, would like to learn more about mindfulness or is looking to strengthen and increase an already existing mindfulness practice.

Can’t attend live?

We understand that life is busy and sometimes unpredictable. If you can’t attend the live webinar, no worries. You’re welcome to register and do the session by recording on your own schedule, at your own pace and convenience. All registrants will be emailed a link following the session to stream the webinar recording for a limited time.

Facilitator

Alex Bruce is a Health and Wellness Educator, Accredited Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, and author of Overcoming Stress and Anxiety: A Simple Guide for Understanding and Reducing Stress and Anxiousness. Alex has over twenty five years of experience in coaching and training, and has been teaching meditation and mindfulness to people of all ages and backgrounds for over a decade.
