Skillfully Responding to Distress (Training for Individuals)
This half-day session explores how to skillfully respond to and de-escalate emotional distress for a person in crisis.
safeTALK (Training for Individuals)
safeTALK is a half-day in-person training that teaches participants how to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to support to help keep them safe.
Self-Care for Mental Health
For youth in grades 6 and up, this engaging workshop discusses the importance of caring for our mental health.
It’s Okay to NOT be OK!
For youth in grades 9-12. This workshop empowers participants to take a stance against the stigma, seek information and support and learn supportive communication skills.
